We are pleased to announce that Todd Powers has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating & Financial Officer of Cordogan Clark Group. Todd has more than three decades of project leadership experience, and is in his 23rd year with our firm. Early in his career he managed all aspects of architectural practice in small and start-up firms, and more recently has led complex multi-phase, multi-year projects designed by large geographically diverse teams. Todd’s passion is designing monitoring and reporting systems and deliverables processes to guide firm performance and growth and foster successful long-term relationships with repeat clients.
Todd graduated with honors from Kansas State University College of Architecture and Design, and afterwards studied ancient to modern architecture and culture in Japan. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and served on its legislative state board at the Missouri capital in Jefferson City. He is currently a member of the City of Sunset Hills Planning, Zoning, and Architectural Review Commission in suburban St. Louis.
Todd and his wife Jennifer, also a COO/CFO (of an environmental engineering firm), enjoy spending their limited free time cycling, hiking, and on home improvement and landscaping projects, while their two daughters, Lydia and Elizabeth, are away at college.
